Wonders if all of vehicle using that wheels, although could be any direction.
The wheels allow the vehicles to move not just forward backward, but also to move sideways and rotate within their own length. Airtrax has put the wheels on forklifts and scissorlifts, and though they work well, it is not exactly clear how the wheels would fare on a conventional car on the road.
