This is part of Apple’s keynote on March 17, 2009 regarding the release of the new iPhone operating system: iPhone OS 3.0. This is only one of many new features to come to the iPhone in the summer of 2009. This in my opinion is the best part of the update because the landscape keyboard is so much easier to type on than the portrait one.
